As a Care Assistant in Bembridge and the surrounding areas on the Isle of Wight, you’ll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the children in our care. This role is a chance to make a real difference to children's lives - without your support, they may live a life constrained to specialist units or hospitals.

Your various duties will include assisting with personal care tasks, feeding and PEG care, clinical needs, social activities and any additional services required. You’ll work as part of a small health and social care team in the homes of our clients.

Shifts: days and nights.

To apply for this rewarding Care Assistant role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 months of prior experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. This will ensure you have an emotional and clinical understanding of what it takes to deliver home care. You may need to assist clients with limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process.

Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. The right to work in the UK is essential.
