The difference we can make together

We aim to become the world's leading healthcare worker resource platform and a pioneer in treatment and care at home. We’re creating a healthcare ecosystem that’s modern, joined up, efficient, reliable and most of all, effective. One that’s accessible to everyone and provides exceptional training and support.

We are looking to create the best trained workforce and see ourselves as the sector’s learning partner for life, offering high quality immersive and interactive training via our mobile app and website. Learning and development that’s not only modern, rigorous, and comprehensive – but free at the point of access. To democratise advancements in treatment and care at home, we offer hospital-level treatment at home and other settings from the kind of clinical professionals’ patients normally only see at an outpatient’s clinic. Taking the strain off hospitals and the strain off patients too.

HomeClinic is a new business within Newcross Healthcare supporting patients in receiving easier access to hospital level care, in the comfort of their own home.  Currently supported by our existing business network, you’ll help to guide our innovative plans for community services

Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Assessing the work environment/space and taking necessary steps to ensure hygiene for self and the patient
  • Explaining the process of drawing blood clearly to a patient

  • Updating patient records
  • Maintaining an organised and clean work area within the patient home, in-line with health and safety regulations and the guidelines of the medical institution
  • Answering patient questions regarding collections process and proving further information where appropriate
  • Assessing the patients safety after the procedure and advising or taking steps to ensure their clinical safety should this be necessary
  • Working closely with the Registered Manager and Clinical Governance team and ensuring legal compliance standards are met
  • Ensuring compliance with external regulators, (CQC)
  • Ability to work in a hands on capacity where required in order to promote the level of care expected
  • Educating and supporting colleagues
  • Be the key driver of ensuring the people we support are having a quality service and continuity of care
  • To demonstrate your passion by being a Newcross Brand Ambassador, constantly raising the bar on standards of accomplishments and achievements. Taking full responsibility for your own productivity, growth, and role modelling what it takes to be part of a winning team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business in developing and sharing innovative and strategic ideas to continuously improve the quality of the Newcross HomeClinic Care offer
  • Accountable for the accuracy of recording data onto our systems and manage computer-based records and bookings in a confidential manner
