We’re looking for people who want to enter into a career in care to join our 2-week on-the-job training programme, fully supported by an experienced mentor. The programme will lead to a permanent position depending upon successful completion of the training programme.
This training role will pay £16.03 per hour. Our people and technology help you make a difference to people’s lives and wellbeing every day, access fixed hours with regular clients and same day pay.
We’ll support you with unlimited free training including access to Newcross World, our app-based learning platform for healthcare workers with over 400 free courses.

Role requirements
As a trainee Community Support Worker you’ll provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual’s physical and emotional wellbeing. You’ll need:
The physical ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
The right to work in the UK
A positive desire to learn and follow instruction from your mentor
To be available for reviews of your progress throughout your 2 week training period
It is essential that you are a driver.

As part of this position, you will be supporting people in their own homes and helping them live fulfilling, independent lives.
During your training programme you will always be mentored by an experienced member of staff. The shifts may be during the day, evening, or night and at weekends.
