The opportunity…
Newcross Healthcare have been providing high quality care across the UK for 25 years, we put our success down to our commitment to high standards, passion for innovation and the above all our people! Building on our successful Newcross Healthcare brand, the Newcross EPA (end point assessment) business stream launched in 2019 and has already delivered exponential growth in its first two years. We are currently supporting over 2000 active apprentices, with a further 6000 in the pipeline, across over 1000 active employer locations; end point assessing health and social care qualifications up to Level 5.
Our ambition is to increase these standards to at least 10 health and social care specialisms within the next 2 years, therefore we’re looking to at least double the size of our Assessor workforce within the next 12 months.
Who are you…
If you have a naturally clear and confident communication style with a quality focussed and detail orientated approach then you could make a fantastic Newcross End Point Assessor. You will also need:
- To hold an Assessor qualification
- Hold at least a Level 4 qualification in Health and Social care
- Have a dedicated workspace in your home with good internet connection
- Ability to travel to occasional in person assessments is desirable but not essential
