Job Title:          Marketing & Community Executive

Reporting to:    Senior Social Manager

Location:          Remote based (with some travel to London offices)

Salary:               up to £27,000 per annum + up to 10% annual bonus

This role will suit someone looking to get into the social, digital and marketing world.  Armed with a graduate-level qualification in a business-related field, with a particular focus on design, this educational foundation endows you with a deep understanding of marketing and design principles, making you an ideal fit for our team. Moreover, you boast 2-3 years of practical marketing experience, ideally within the healthcare sector, providing you with invaluable insights and industry-specific knowledge that’s pivotal to our success.

Your role will revolve around content expertise, showcasing your comprehensive understanding of content creation and its adaptability across diverse social channels. Your expertise is not confined to theory; you’re well-versed in current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. What will you do?

  • Marketing Assistance: Your support is the wind in our marketing campaign’s sails, spanning various channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting our products and services effectively to the right audience.
  • Copywriting Skills: Your writing prowess will shine as you craft compelling copy for a range of marketing materials. Your words will ensure our messages are not only crystal clear but also impactful.
  • Website Support: You’re the co-pilot, collaborating with our web team to create new website pages. This includes developing forms, curating imagery, and crafting engaging content that elevates our online presence.
  • Event Coordination: You’ll be our event maestro, assisting in planning and executing activities that drive engagement. Your role extends to promoting these events through our social media channels, ensuring a broader reach.
  • Client and Healthcare Worker Communication: You’ll be the bridge between our clients, healthcare workers, and our organisation. Your role is key in fostering effective communication and nurturing strong, enduring relationships.
  • Market Research and Surveys: You’re the architect of insights, supporting the organisation in conducting vital market research and surveys. The data you gather will be instrumental in refining our marketing strategies.
