Are you a Marketing Manager with a passion for lead generation?

We’re looking for an engaging and innovative Marketing Manager to manage our lead generation client marketing activities and go to market strategies for existing and new lines of business. You’ll be a confident Marketing communicator with excellent collaboration skills and help shape Newcross Healthcare’s marketing efforts.

Based in London with home working, your work will support the growth of our client base across multiple business areas and increasing our brand position and awareness. And we’ll reward you with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, with up to 10% annual bonus potential.

As a Marketing Manager you’ll:

· Oversee marketing campaigns to acquire, retain and win-back clients through online and offline channels

· Develop and manage our go to market strategies for existing and new lines of business

· Report directly into the Head of Marketing and be accountable for the creation, direction, execution and outcomes of marketing initiatives.

· Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging

· Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

· Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include email campaigns, PPC & Social (with team support) participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates.

The skills you bring:

· Minimum of 4 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis

· Experience in creating and delivering go to market strategies for existing and new lines of business

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions

· Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines

· Exceptional organisational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail

· Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint

· Experience with Salesforce or a similar system to nurture, track and report on lead conversions

· Team player with ability to work cross-functionally

· Email, database, and digital marketing experience.
