Recruitment Advisor – Healthcare professionals

Newcross Healthcare are an independent organisation and since 1996 have been providing first class healthcare across the UK.  We are looking for Recruitment Advisors for our Healthcare professionals. 

You will be using your communication and customer service skills to help recruit the best healthcare professionals for our organisation.  It would also be great if you had some recruitment experience, but full training will be provided.

Location:  The role will initially be based from our Bristol city centre office with the opportunity to then move to a blended role working part of the week from home after initial training.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Mon-Fri 08:00 – 20:00 this including some Saturday working 08:00 – 16:00 and hours are worked on a rota basis.

Rate of pay: £10.01 to £12.52 per hour (depending on time of shift) + up to £500 per month bonus

What we are looking for:

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to be the first point of contact for Healthcare professionals looking to join Newcross. 

In this fast paced, frontline role you will be reviewing applications and guiding prospective applicants through all the stages of our recruitment process, ensuring they have the required skills, experience and behaviours to join Newcross. 

You will liaise with the operational teams across the UK to book interviews and coordinate the process through to job offer, whilst also ensuring compliance with referencing and onboarding policies.

As the role is largely phone based, you will need to be confident and comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls, however you will also be communicating via email and navigating a range of IT systems
