Will you be the Sales Manager who makes a difference? Join us to build and strengthen our sales force and help Britain get the care service it deserves. Remote/Home Based with regular regional travel, potentially monthly travel to the South West. Sales Manager salary: Basic salary up to £50,000 + £40,000 PA bonus potential + £4800 car allowance.

The difference you can make as Sales Manager

You’ll be part of our Newcross Sales team, accountable for driving business growth within your territory, focusing on developing your sales strategy and identifying new business opportunities within your region. You’ll be responsible for generating new business whilst providing a first class service to our clients, helping further build and strengthen our exceptional sales force:

  • The 'face' of Newcross to our clients, understanding their needs, and promoting and demonstrating our many advantages and benefits
  • In your element within a fast paced and results focused environment,
  • Responsible for engaging with and onboarding clients, taking our service to a wider and more diverse base
  • Planning and executing a sales strategy to grow market share and achieve 'Number 1' status within your territory, meeting all OKR's and targets along the way.
  • Working in collaboration with local teams throughout your territory to ensure clients receive '5-star service’ and playing a key role in the journey from initial contact through to trusted provider.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business in developing and sharing innovative and strategic ideas to continuously improve and grow sales.

The skills that make you different

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a high performance role. You’ll have a history of consistently meeting or exceeding set targets and will be able to juggle high workloads whilst working fairly autonomously.

  • A minimum 5 years proven experience of developing and nurturing high level client relationships
  • Outstanding all round communication skills and be an opener, rapport builder, influencer and relationship manager
  • To consider yourself a 'lifelong learner' with a continuous improvement mindset, able to demonstrate your commitment to personal and professional development
