Job description

Will you be the Senior Relationship Executive who makes a difference? Join us to build relationships with healthcare workers and clients and help Britain get the care service it deserves. Home based with occasional travel to local office. Monday-Friday 9-5.30. Senior Relationship Executive salary £30,000 PA + up to £10,000 bonus.

The difference you can make as Senior Relationship Executive

  • Confident in Account Management and growth of multiple existing client accounts, taking ownership of promoting the benefits to “standard” clients who use us occasionally to achieve growth to “partner” clients where we are their chosen provider.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular quality engagement, resulting in improved results in client satisfaction surveys.
  • Effectively use call data to ensure quality calls are made and outputs – work with the wider team by giving constructive coaching and feedback where improvement is needed and celebrate success and recognise individuals who do this well.
  • Utilising Newcross technology and systems, adding relevant data and using dashboard reporting to analyse and make performance improvements.
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities whilst working and coaching the wider team to ensure all new clients experience a first-class service.
  • Lead by example on your business intelligence, gaining competitor and industry knowledge to educate others.
  • Understand the strategic direction and sales opportunities within the territory and support your Territory Operations Manager (Line Manager) & the Territory Sales team accordingly.
  • Build exceptional relationships with care staff improving staff retention, keeping them engaged and regularly working with continual improvement in results of staff satisfaction surveys.
