As a Student Nurse: Care Assistant in Inverurie, Huntly and the surrounds, you’ll reap the rewards of enabling people to live every day to its fullest potential. You'll work harmoniously as part of a health and social care team to provide vital care to vulnerable people in your area. You'll be working in the homes of our service users to assist with medication support, personal care tasks, feeding and PEG care, social activities and any additional service required.

Prior experience of working in children's services, palliative care and with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is required.

About you 

To join us as a Student Nurse: Care Assistant, you’ll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with at least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. You must be willing to be SSSC registered and will need to have the right to work in the UK. You’ll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility and will hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. As a Student Nurse, you will need to have completed at least one nurse placement and will need 2 references: one from your university and one from your placement. Ultimately, you’ll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. You will need to be a driver for this role.
