Support Worker Wanted in Dereham and Downham Market!

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Dereham and Downham Market. The successful candidates will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety and well-being.

Key Requirements:

3-months of UK care experience within the past 3-years

Moving and handling and personal care experience

The right to work in the UK

The Pay:

We are offering a pay rate of up to £15.72 per hour including holiday pay, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
• Administer medication as directed
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition to the appropriate parties
• Maintain client confidentiality and provide emotional support
• Participate in team meetings and training programs
