Do you want to be a valuable new addition to our complex care team?

As a Support Worker in Birmingham and the surroundings, you’ll get involved in delivering care to individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own homes. Your daily activities will involve assisting with medication support, clinical needs, PEG care, tracheostomy care, social activities and any additional services required. You will join a supportive health and social care team and will have plenty of opportunities to take on new responsibilities and grow your career in care.

Day shifts: 9:30am-7pm / 8am-8pm.

Night shifts: 10pm-7am / 8pm-8am.

We're looking for a Support Worker with at least 3 months of professional care experience or caring for a loved one. However, we’re not just looking for clinical experience - we also want candidates to be able to demonstrate occasions where they have exhibited our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness. You’ll need to feel comfortable helping service users with limited mobility. If you do not have a current Moving and Handling certificate, we will support you with training during your induction period.

The right to work in the UK is essential and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.
