Join our team as a Support Worker and help change lives!

As a Support Worker in  Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the surrounding areas, you'll be encouraging children to live a rich, independent life. In this role, you’ll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative health and social care team, delivering care in the home of young children. You'll be supporting service users with personal care, posture care, feeding and PEG care, clinical needs and any additional services required.

This role required you to work weekends.

You will need

You’ll need at least 3 months of experience caring professionally or for a loved one, plus you'll need to have a valid Moving and Handling certificate. The right to work in the UK is a must. Ultimately, you'll be a compassionate and supportive individual who will constantly strive for the best possible outcome for those in your care.

Access to a vehicle is beneficial, but not a requirement. 

Access to a smartphone device with internet is required.

Please note: To work in a care home in England from 11 November 2021, the post holder is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt.
