Help make a difference as a Support Worker - Mental Health!

At Newcross Healthcare, we are recruiting a Support Worker to join our team in delivering person-centred care in Hull and the surrounding area. In this role, you'll assist service users with mental health conditions, physical health conditions, risk behaviours and learning difficulties to help facilitate recovery, improve quality of life and promote independence.

The pay rate for a Support Worker is up to £14.51 per hour (including holiday pay). 

Support Worker - Mental Health requirements 

  • 3 months of paid caring experience within the past 3 years in the UK
  • Experience in moving and handling and personal care
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Must demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise
  • Experience of working in Mental Health Support is desirable
  • A true team player with good listening and communication skills
