Are you a compassionate Support Worker looking for your next role in healthcare?

As a Support Worker in Exeter, Honiton, Cullompton, Tiverton and the surrounding areas, you’ll be providing support and assistance to enable vulnerable children and adults to make the most of each day, within their own home. Your duties will be varied, with some complex healthcare support needed, while you may also be required to assist personal care tasks, medication support, clinical needs, PEG care, posture care, promoting independence and providing wider emotional and social support.

Do you have what we're looking for?

To apply for this rewarding role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 months of prior experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. This will ensure you have an emotional and clinical understanding of what it takes to deliver home care. You may need to assist clients with limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. The right to work in the UK is mandatory.
