Looking for a Support Worker role that offers greater financial freedom?

As a Support Worker in Fort William and the surrounding areas, you’ll get involved in delivering care to individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own home. You'll work alongside a team of health and social care professionals and your daily tasks will include assisting with personal care, clinical requirements, medication support, PEG care, posture care, social activities, and any additional services needed.

Experience of caring for service users with challenging behaviours, learning disabilities and in palliative care and children's services is required.

Skills and experience

To join our team as a complex care Support Worker, you'll need a minimum of 3 months of experience caring professionally or for a loved one, a valid certificate in Moving and Handling and the right to live and work in the UK. You must be willing to be SSSC registered when joining. Passion and determination to bring comfort and joy to our service users is a must.
