At Newcross Healthcare, we believe everyone deserves the right to receive care in their own home. Help make a difference as a Support Worker!
As a Support Worker in Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham and the surroundings, you’ll work as part of a collaborative health and social care team to provide personalised care to service users living with various complex healthcare needs. You will work in the homes of our service users to follow their unique care plans and assist with a range of day-to-day living activities, with a mindful approach to protecting their dignity and promoting their independence.
Complex care roles with Newcross provide you with a unique chance to take on new responsibilities and receive specialist clinical training in areas such as PEG feeding and tracheostomy care.
