We’re actively seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Liverpool and the surroundings. In this role, you will be working alongside a small team of health and social care professionals to deliver personalised care and support to service users within their own homes. You will be required to follow individual care plans and help promote independence while supporting with various day-to-day living activities.
This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team on specific care packages on a regular basis.

Does this sound like you?
We require all complex care Support Workers to have at least 3 months of experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. You’ll need to be a real people person and always be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes are met. You’ll need to hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate and have the right to work in the UK. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not essential.
