The difference you can make as a Talent Acquisition Manager
You will be joining our small, fast paced Internal Recruitment team, responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle for all internal vacancies across our operations and support services teams. You’ll be responsible for planning, developing & managing recruitment processes and strategies to implement crucial changes, ensure best practice and create a first class candidate experience.
Overall responsibility for the Talent Acquisition team, helping to implement a TA strategy whilst delivering an exceptional candidate experience and achieving continuous growth.
Building strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues.
Working with senior stakeholders, (Directors and Managers) to plan business priorities and forecasted requirements, whilst ensuring they’re competent with recruitment best practices.
Utilising various job boards & platforms to source high quality candidates.
Well versed in analysing data and reporting on trends.
Create a suite of reporting tools to evidence the ongoing success of the talent acquisition team and for use with senior stakeholders.
Ability to plan, manage and monitor progress against budgets whilst having commercial awareness.
Improve procedures and performance through conducting data and analysis, developing insight into the business, and formulating recommendations to enhance.
The skills that make you different
Considerable experience of setting up talent acquisition teams and seeing through a full life cycle recruitment process to deliver organisational growth.
Works well within a progressive, highly agile non-bureaucratic and team-based approach to HR. Comfortable in your true authentic self to consult with a range of stakeholders from candidates, hiring managers to the Board of Directors/Owners.
Extensive knowledge of Right to Work/Employment Law/IR35 Compliance.
A natural coach who builds capability to empower and develop others to become self-sufficient. Excited about the challenges of change, is agile to exponential growth and has a ‘tool kit’ equipped to support others who may struggle with this.
Feels at ease in remote working and can make an impact and hold to account without physical presence.
Strategic and analytical ability, able to root-cause, identify trends, present data, and recommendations.
Is a ‘life-long’ learner who has obtained qualifications that supports their role and experience and has the desire to progress further
