Job Title:          Talent & Capability Manager

Reporting to:    Culture & Performance Director

Location:          Remote, UK (Occasional travel to London office)

Salary:              Up to£55,000 + up to 10% bonus

Who are you?
Are you an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in talent management, learning and development, or a related field? Do you possess a track record of developing and delivering comprehensive learning programs, covering leadership and management, change management, coaching and mentoring, inductions, appraisals, and apprenticeships?

If you’re someone who thrives in delivering diverse learning and development solutions through digital means, is known for your meticulous planning and organisational skills, and has a knack for effective communication and strong interpersonal interactions, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What will you do?

  • Shape the Future: You’ll be at the forefront of crafting and executing strategic talent management strategies that align seamlessly with our company’s overarching goals and objectives. This is your chance to be the architect of our success.
  • Spot the Stars: Conduct talent assessments that uncover our high-potential employees, create personalized development plans, and set in motion succession planning that ensures key roles are occupied by capable and skilled individuals.
  • Performance Power: Lead the charge in our performance management process, including the implementation of a cutting-edge performance management platform. It’s all about setting goals, reviews, and development plans for a thriving workforce.
  • Empower Leaders: Facilitate leadership and management development programs and provide essential coaching and support to our managers and leaders. Help them rise to new heights.
  • Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Collaborate hand in hand with department heads and HR to design and execute diversity and inclusion initiatives, shaping a workplace where everyone can thrive.
  • Engage and Energize: Take the reins in managing employee engagement surveys and driving action plans that boost engagement levels throughout the organization. Your work will foster a motivated and energized workforce.
  • Unearth Talent Gems: Develop and oversee a talent database that tracks employee performance and identifies potential talent gaps. You’re the guardian of our talent pipeline.
