Our apprenticeship pathways

To be selected for one of our apprenticeship roles you should have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the capability to use your own initiative. You will also be expected to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment and eager to learn new skills.

We offer apprenticeships in a wide range of disciplines across the business, including: care work, recruitment, central support, HR, IT and marketing. We employ apprentices from a wide variety of backgrounds and welcome people looking to make a career change.

“I had some worry and self-doubt that I couldn't succeed in a new career after doing the same thing for so long, but it was definitely the right decision. I feel extremely supported. You always have a base skill set developed from previous roles. You can harness these to achieve so much more, and the apprenticeship at Newcross helps you on your journey."

- Nadine Le Good, Relationship Executive, working towards the Recruitment Consultant Level 3 qualification.
