At Newcross Healthcare, we believe that everyone has the right to the highest quality of care in the home, when they need it. We're looking for those special people with experience of care work, either on a professional or personal level, who are passionate about helping individuals live their lives to the fullest. We're seeking Care Assistants to deliver personalised care in the home of children within Torquay, Brixham, Dawlish and the surrounds.

Is building meaningful and lasting relationships with the people you care for important to you?

We're actively seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in Torquay, Brixham, Dawlish and the surrounds, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. You'll be covering days and waking night shifts supporting children in this position. In this role, you'll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative team, delivering care in the home. Without support from people like you, these individuals may live a life in specialist units or hospitals, rather than in their own home.

You'll follow each individual's care plan, playing a key role in aiding them with meal preparation, personal care, washing, clinical needs, social activities and any other services needed. You'll receive specialist training, tailored to the package of care you're assigned to.
