As a Care Assistant in Barry and the surrounding areas of the Vale of Glamorgan, you'll be well-practiced at multitasking and enjoy the variety of tasks that come with delivering care in the home. You'll helping our service users and ensuring that they receive high quality care at all times in line with their personal care plans.

Person specification

With experience of caring professionally or for a loved one under your belt, and with a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK. We also expect you to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift. Passion and determination to bring comfort and joy to our service users is a must. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.

It is essential that you have a driving licence for this position due the rural locations of our service users and the need to transport them.
