Care Assistant - Personal Home Carer
Do you have experience caring for individuals with complex needs?
Many vulnerable individuals in your community need health and social care to enable them to live a safe and fulfilling life in their own homes. By working with us as a Care Assistant in Birmingham, Bromsgrove and the surrounding areas, you can help them to make the most of every day.
You'll work alongside a small healthcare team in the homes of our service users to assist with personal care, daily living tasks, medication support and any additional services required.

You'll need at least 3 months of professional caring experience or having cared for a loved one. You'll need to feel comfortable helping service users with limited mobility. If you do not have a current Moving and Handling certificate, we will support you with training during your induction period. In addition to experience, we also expect candidates to share our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness.
The right to work in the UK is a must. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not a requirement.Please note: To work in a care home in England from 11 November 2021, the post holder is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt.
