Newcross Healthcare is a national, established organisation that truly believes in the importance of person-centred care. We're recruiting for dedicated Female Care Assistants to deliver care in the home for individuals in Exeter and the surrounds. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a small team, working on a package of care and building positive relationships with the service user and their family.

Are you a compassionate individual looking for your next role in healthcare?

As a Female Care Assistant in Exeter and the surrounds, you'll be well-practiced at multitasking and enjoy the variety of tasks that come with delivering care in the home. You'll ensure that our service user receives high quality care at all times in line with his personal care plans. This role provides you with a unique chance to really grow in your career, take on new responsibilities and enjoy the lasting relationships that build with service users and their support networks. With your help, the people in your care can continue living in their own home, rather than living away from their loved ones in a specialist unit.

Our service user

Our service user is a boy that is living within a range of complex care needs and it is younger than 10 years old. You'll be responsible for supporting him with his tracheostomy, completing MAR and seizure charts and ensuring that he is constantly monitored at nights for seizures.
