We're seeking Female Care Assistants to join our team in the Exeter area, delivering quality care in the home. This role involves working as part of a small team of health and social care professionals to support people with day-to-day activities, in line with their individual care plans. You will be assisting with personal care, posture care, feeding and PEG care, clinical needs and social integration activities. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on, so this is a great chance to upskill in new areas.

Our service user
Our service user is a boy younger than 10 years of age that has epilepsy alongside a range of complex care needs and requirements. You will be supporting them with range of tasks including monitoring at night time for seizures, completing seizure and MAR charts or assisting with his tracheostomy.
We're looking for people who have either professional care experience or have cared for a loved one. You'll need a valid certificate in Moving and Handling and the right to work in the UK. On top of experience, we expect all of our carers to be able to tell us of a time they have exhibited our core values of: positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness. You'll need to live by these values whenever you're at work. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
