Care Assistant - Children

Are you a Care Assistant looking to further your career? We're recruiting Care Assistants to deliver the best possible care to children in Taunton, Bridgwater and the surrounding areas. Your duties will include supporting children with day-to-day activities, in line with their individual care plans. These tasks will include assisting with personal care tasks, making up beds, feeding and PEG care, clinical requirements, social integration activities and any other services needed.

What you must have
You'll be a bubbly person that is able to build lasting relationships with service users, their family and your healthcare team. You'll need a minimum of 3 months of paid care or have cared for a loved one. You will need to provide evidence of situations in which you've displayed our company values of trust, empathy and expertise. You'll also need past experience in moving and handling and personal care. The right to work in the UK is essential.
A smartphone device with internet is required and access to a vehicle is desirable.
Please note: To work in a care home in England from 11 November 2021, the post holder is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt
