Care Assistant - Personal Home Care
Do you want to make a difference to someone's life?
As a Care Assistant in Crewe, Nantwich and the surrounding areas, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting the vulnerable people in your local community during these unprecedented times.
Complex care roles with Newcross provide you with a unique chance to take on new responsibilities and receive specialist clinical training areas such as PEG feeding and tracheostomy care. You'll also get access to free virtual training opportunities and apprenticeships to take your career in whichever direction you want to go.
For the 48-hour fast-track application, if you are successful, you'll need to be available for virtual interviews, tasks and assessments, immediately after your application.
Here's what you'll need to apply
We look for carers with at least 3 months of professional caring experience. We do also accept applications from individuals with experience of caring for a loved one. You'll need to feel comfortable helping service users with limited mobility. If you do not have a current Moving and Handling certificate, we will support you with training during your induction period. The right to work in the UK is a must-have, as is access to a smart device. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
