We're actively seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Crewe, Nantwich and the surroundings, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. In this role, you'll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative health and social care team, delivering care in the home. Without support from people like you, these individuals may live a life in specialist units or hospitals, rather than in their own homes.

Your day-to-day role will involve assisting service users with clinical needs, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, feeding and PEG care, social activities and any other services required.

Skills and experience

You'll have a minimum of 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one under your belt, a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK. Passion and determination to bring comfort and joy to our service users is a must.

You will need a valid drivers licence for this role.
