We're actively seeking Care Assistants to cover days and night shifts assisting service users in Dawlish, Exeter and the surrounds, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team on specific care packages on a regular basis. As a Care Assistant in Dawlish, Exeter and the surrounds, you'll have the rewarding role of bringing a smile to the faces of the people you care for. Tasks can include anything from assisting residents with their food and drink, following care plans and getting them involved in social activities. You'll work as part of a small team in the homes of our clients.

Do you have what it takes?

With at least 3 months of professional experience, or experience of caring for a loved one, you'll be well-placed to apply. You'll need a valid Moving and Handling certificate and feel comfortable helping service users with limited mobility. The right to work in the UK is a requirement. In addition to your caregiving experience, you should be able to demonstrate occasions where you have exhibited our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness. We'll expect you to uphold these values when on shift. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
