We're recruiting for dedicated Female Care Assistants to deliver care in the home for individuals in the Henbury area of Bristol. We're actively seeking Female Care Assistants to join our team in the Henbury area of Bristol. You'll be providing outstanding care to a service user living with epilepsy as part of this role. You'll be providing mental health support and helping with personal care, clinical needs, medication administration, social activities and any other services needed.

This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team on specific care packages on a regular basis. Whether you have some professional care experience, or have cared for a loved one or friend, we want to hear from you.

You'll have the option of working either day or night shifts of 12 hours.

Person specification

With at least 3 months of professional experience, or experience of caring for a loved one, you'll be well-placed to apply. You'll need a valid Moving and Handling certificate and feel comfortable helping service users with limited mobility. The right to work in the UK is a requirement. In addition to your caregiving experience, you should be able to demonstrate occasions where you have exhibited our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness. We'll expect you to uphold these values when on shift. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
