Make a difference with us!

We’re actively seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and the surrounds, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. In this role, you’ll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative team of health and social care workers, delivering care in the home. You'll be aiding our service users with personal care, posture care, medication support, clinical requirements, feeding and PEG care, social activities and any other services needed. Without support from people like you, these individuals may live a life in specialist units or hospitals, rather than in their own home.

We have various shifts available as part of this role including days, evenings, nights and weekends as part of this role.

Take advantage of

  • An hourly rate of up to £15.20, including holiday pay
  • Get paid instantly with Flexi Pay
  • Fixed hours on a rota basis
  • Access to Newcross World, our app-based training platform
  • Free DBS and uniform
  • Access to NHS registered GPs and mental health support to avoid waiting for NHS appointments

Flexi Pay!

Healthcare staff have the ability to instantly withdraw up to 50% of the value of their existing shifts even on weekends and bank holidays! All they need to do is submit their timesheets through our app.

We require

You’ll have a minimum of 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one under your belt and the right to live and work in the UK. We also expect you to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift. Passion and determination to bring comfort and joy to our service users is a must.

Drivers are essential for this role.

Please note: To work in a care home in England from 11 November 2021, the post holder is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 unless clinically exempt.
