At Newcross Healthcare, we offer shifts that fit around your schedule and the ability to withdraw up to 50% of your pay each day. We're actively seeking compassionate Care Assistants to deliver care in the home for individuals in Ipswich, Woodbridge and the surrounds.

Help us change someone's life!

We're actively seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team in Ipswich, Woodbridge and the surrounds, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. In this role, you'll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative team, delivering care in the home. Without support from people like you, these individuals may live a life in specialist units or hospitals, rather than in their own home.

You'll follow each individual's care plan, playing a key role in supporting them with daily tasks like personal care, feeding and PEG care, medication support, clinical requirements, social integration activities and any other service users.

Flexi Pay!

Our Flexi Pay app feature enables you to choose when you get paid. All you need to do is submit your timesheets through our app and you'll instantly withdraw up to 50% of the value of your existing shifts even on weekends and bank holidays!

Benefits will include

  • An hourly rate of up to £15.54, including holiday pay
  • Instant pay with Flexi Pay, which means you'll never need to wait for payday again
  • Fixed hours on a rota basis so you can plan ahead
  • Free, ongoing clinical training to support you in your career
  • Care for the caregiver with exclusive access to appointments and advice from NHS-registered GPs via a Virtual GP app and mental health support

Does this sound like you?

We're looking for people who have either professional care experience or have cared for a loved one. You'll need a valid certificate in Moving and Handling and the right to work in the UK. On top of experience, we expect all of our carers to be able to tell us of a time they have exhibited our core values of: positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness. You'll need to live by these values whenever you're at work. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.

Due to the rural locations that our service users reside in and the need to transport them, you'll need to have a driving licence for this position.

Apply today and you can start within a week!
