Care Assistant - Personal Home Carer
Do you have experience in caring for individuals with complex needs?
We're actively seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Runcorn, Northwich and the surrounding areas, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. In this role, you'll work as part of a close-knit, collaborative health and social care team, delivering care in the home.
You'll follow each individual's care plan, playing a key role in supporting them with daily tasks such as eating, personal care, clinical needs, PEG care, posture care, social activities and any additional services needed. You'll receive specialist training tailored to the package of care you're assigned to.
Without support from people like you, these individuals may live a life in specialist units or hospitals rather than their own homes.

What we're looking for
You'll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. You'll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You'll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference in the lives of people in need. The right to work in the UK is essential, and you must have access to a smart device with an internet connection.
You'll need to be a driver for this position.
