We're looking for experienced Female Care Assistants to join our team in Swansea, Port Talbot and the surrounds, assisting adults and children in their own home. Whether you have some professional care experience, or have cared for a loved one or friend, we want to hear from you.

As a Female Care Assistant in Swansea, Port Talbot and the surrounds, you'll be well-practiced at multitasking and enjoy the variety of tasks that come with delivering care in the home. You'll be supporting adults and children living with autism, learning difficulties or challenging behaviours. Tasks that you'll be assisting with include tracheostomy, medication administration, basic life support, enabling, enteral feeding, airway management and rehabilitation.

Role specification

We're looking for people who have either professional care experience or have cared for a loved one. You'll need a valid certificate in Moving and Handling and the right to work in the UK. On top of experience, we expect all of our carers to be able to tell us of a time they have exhibited our core values of: positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness. You'll need to live by these values whenever you're at work.

It is essential that you have a driving licence for this role due the rural locations of our service users and the need to transport them.
