We're actively seeking compassionate Female Care Assistants to join our team in Grantham, Newark-on-Trent and the surrounds, encouraging our service users to live a rich, independent life. Do you have experience in caring for individuals with complex needs?

As a Female Care Assistant in Grantham, Newark-on-Trent and the surrounding areas, you'll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the people in our care. This role is a chance to make a real difference in people's lives!

In this role, you'll work as part of a small team of health and social care professionals to provide personalised care in the home of a male service user living with complex healthcare needs. Your duties will vary, including following care plans and assisting with a range of personal care tasks.

The varying shifts for this position include days, nights and weekends.

Does this sound like you?

You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. We do also accept candidates with experience in caring for a loved one. The right to work in the UK is a must.
