We are looking for Care Assistants wanting to enhance their skill set and provide excellent care to our service users in Poole, Blandford forum, Blandford St Mary, Hamworthy and the surrounding areas.

Your role...

In the role of Care Assistant you will aid service users with everyday living and day-to day care. This will include a wide array of tasks such as listening, talking and providing companionship to helping with feeding, bathing, and mobility.

You will ensure to respect service users independence, choice, and dignity and keep in mind the Newcross values of trust, empathy, and expertise.

If you have a NVQ2/SVQ2 in Health and Social Care or currently work in a similar role you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process.
