Newcross Healthcare is seeking experienced Care Assistants to care and support our service users living in Winchester and the surrounding areas.

Role

As a Care Assistant, you will ensure that our service users receive high-quality care and support at all times in line with their personal care plans. You will assist with clinical needs, personal care tasks, clinical requirements and any additional services needed.

It is essential that you have prior knowledge of Intermediate Life Support (ILS) and experience of working in a custodial environment.

Role specification

  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 months' previous care experience
  • Certification in a practical Moving and Handling course in the last 12 months
  • Have access to a smart device, with internet access to manage your rotas
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not mandatory
