As a Care Assistant in Perth and the surrounds, you will ensure that our service users living with learning disabilities get the support they need to make the most of every day. You'll be a key team member, surrounded by supportive colleagues, assisting with clinical requirements, meal preparation, personal care, social activities and any other services needed.

Role Requirements

You'll already have what it takes to provide excellent care, with a minimum of 3 months of paid experience under your belt. You'll have experience in moving and handling and personal care.

We hire individuals who provide the same standard of care they'd expect for a family member. To provide this, we need all healthcare staff to demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise on every shift. You will need to be SSSC registered or be able to commit to registering when you join our team. The right to work in the UK is also a requirement.
