Support Worker - Personal Home Care

As a Support Worker in Crowborough area, you'll reap the rewards of enabling people to live every day to its fullest potential. You'll work harmoniously as part of a team to provide vital care to vulnerable people in your area. You'll provide person centred complex care to both children and young adults that we currently support in the community.
The various needs of service users include Acquired brain Injury (ABI), Ventilated Care, Spinal injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, PEG Feeding, Tracheostomy Care, Challenging Behaviour so our ideal applicant will have prior experience of supporting service users with complex needs. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on, so this is a great chance to upskill in new areas.
We look for carers with at least 3 months of professional caring experience. We do also accept applications from individuals with experience of caring for a loved one. The right to work in the UK is a must-have, as is access to a smart device. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, but is not a requirement.
