As a Care Assistant in Slough, you can help our service users to make the most of every day. This role involves working as part of a small team in the homes of our service users to assist with complex care needs such as clinical requirements, PEG care, daily living tasks and additional support in line with their individual care plans.

Do you meet the requirements?
We look for carers with at least 3 months of professional care experience or having cared for a loved one. You'll need to feel comfortable helping service users with limited mobility and will require a Moving and Handling certificate (which we can help you obtain).
However, we're not just looking for clinical experience - we also want candidates to be able to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness.
The right to work in the UK is a must-have, as is access to a smart device. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
