At Newcross, we offer the most rewarding health and social care roles in the UK. In addition to competitive rates of pay, we'll offer you the opportunity to really see the difference you make to the lives of the most vulnerable in your community.

Do you meet the requirements?

We look for carers with at least 3 months of professional care experience or having cared for a loved one. You'll need to feel comfortable helping service users with limited mobility and will require a Moving and Handling certificate (which we can help you obtain).

However, we're not just looking for clinical experience - we also want candidates to be able to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness.

The right to work in the UK is a must-have, as is access to a smart device. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
