Care Assistant - Female
At Newcross, we offer you the chance to change lives in your community
As a Female Care Assistant in the Staple Hill area of Bristol, you'll be well-practiced at multitasking and enjoy the variety of tasks that come with delivering care in the home. You'll be assisting with personal care tasks, meal preparation, posture care, feeding and PEG care, clinical needs, social activities and any other services required.
This role provides you with a unique chance to really grow in your career, take on new responsibilities and enjoy the lasting relationships that build with service users and their support networks. With your help, the people in your care can continue living in their own home, rather than living away from their loved ones in a specialist unit.
What we require
You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. We do also accept candidates with experience of caring for a loved one. The right to work in the UK is a must. As well as excellence in care, we also need you to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift.
Like what you see? Joining Newcross has many benefits. You'll be working for one of the UK's leading independent healthcare providers and joining a supportive community of like-minded individuals who love nothing more than helping others.
