Are you a compassionate individual looking for your next role in healthcare?

At Newcross Healthcare, we believe that everyone has the right to the highest quality of care in the home, when they need it. We're looking for those special people with experience of care work, either on a professional or personal level, who are passionate about helping individuals live their lives to the fullest.

At Newcross, we offer you the chance to change lives in your community

Many vulnerable individuals in your community need health and social care to enable them to live a safe and fulfilling life in their own home. By working with us as a Care Assistant/Support Worker, you can help them to make the most of every day. At Newcross, we offer the most rewarding health and social care roles in the UK. In addition to competitive rates of pay, we'll offer you the opportunity to really see the difference you make to the daily lives of the most vulnerable in your community.

We're recruiting for Care Assistants to join our team in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the surrounding areas, delivering quality care in the home. This role involves working as part of a small team to support people with day-to-day activities, in line with their individual care plans. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on, so this is a great chance to upskill in new areas.

Want to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable people, as soon as possible? Go from application to active worker within just 48 hours. Apply today.

Does this sound like you?

We require all complex care workers to have around 3 months of experience in a professional care setting or caring for a loved one. You'll need to be a real people person and always be willing to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes are met.

You'll need to be happy assisting clients who may have limited mobility, however, if you do not have a valid Moving and Handling certificate, we can provide relevant training modules for you to complete in the induction process. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required, as is the right to work in the UK.

What you'll get in return

Our comprehensive employee benefits package sets us apart from our competitors. Here's what we'd give you:

  • An hourly rate of up to £13.30, including holiday pay
  • Instant pay with Flexi Pay, which means you'll never need to wait for payday again
  • Fixed hours on a rota basis so you can plan ahead
  • Free, ongoing clinical training to support you in your career
  • Care for the caregiver with exclusive access to appointments and advice from NHS-registered GPs via a Virtual GP app and mental health support.

Access instant pay

We offer Flexi Pay. Typically, most UK healthcare workers are paid weekly or monthly but with this new service, they have the option to request an advance against the completed shifts and be paid immediately after after they've finished a day's work! Digitally submit your timesheet and you are able to access Flexi Pay to withdraw your wage. This includes weekends and bank holidays as well!

If you truly care about enabling vulnerable people to keep living in their own home, apply today.
