As a Senior Care Assistant in Bleasby, Grantham, Neward-On-Trent, Farndon and the surrounds, you'll be a caregiving expert who enjoys nothing more than improving the day-to-day lives of the people you look after. You will provide assistance with personal care tasks, meal preparation, making up beds, clinical needs, social activities and any other services needed. Our handy app, HealthForceGo enables our staff to get auto-assigned shifts and submit timesheets with the press of a button. You can also access NHS-registered GPs through a Virtual GP app and mental health support, exclusive to Newcross staff, to ensure you can care for yourself, too.

Role requirements

You'll already have what it takes to provide excellent care, with a minimum of 3 months of paid experience in the last 3 years in the UK under your belt. You'll have experience in moving and handling and personal care. Access to a smartphone to pick up shifts and submit timesheets via our bespoke app, HealthForceGo
