As a Senior Care Assistant in Yeovil, Wincanton, Castle Cary, Sherborne and Gillingham, you will ensure that our service users get the support they need to live their lives to the fullest. You'll play an integral role in a close-knit health and social care team to ensure that the best possible outcomes are met at all times in line with individual care plans. Your responsibilities will vary, including aiding with clinical needs, personal care, meal preparation, social integration activities and any additional duties required.

Ready to apply?
You'll already have what it takes to provide excellent care, with a minimum of 3 months of paid experience within the past 3 years under your belt in the UK. You'll also need to have experience in moving and handling and personal care, plus the right to work in the UK. We'll ask you to provide examples of times you have demonstrated our core values of trust, empathy and expertise.
To work with us, you'll need access to a smart device with an internet connection to pick up shifts on our app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial.
