You will support children and adults with personal care tasks, clinical requirements, posture care, social activities and any other services needed. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a team of health and social care professionals on specific care packages on a regular basis.

Further opportunities are available to assist service users with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Ventilated Care, Spinal injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, PEG Feeding, Tracheostomy Care and Challenging Behaviour.

Role specification

You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. We do also accept candidates with experience of caring for a loved one. The right to work in the UK is a must. As well as excellence in care, we also need you to demonstrate our core values of positivity, trustworthiness, respectfulness, understanding, kindness, and calmness on every shift. Access to a smartphone is required to pick up shifts through our bespoke app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle is desirable, but not a requirement.
