Basic salary £50,000 PA

Bonus potential of £20,000 PA, Company car, Private Healthcare

What you'll bring…

You'll be a natural leader with a proven track record of leading and developing a healthcare or clinical service. You will also need at least 2 years' experience of managing and motivating a team. High levels of motivation to drive the business forward while never compromising on quality. A full UK driving licence is essential.

The role…

To successfully lead, manage and grow our Complex Care provision across London, pro-actively forging strong relationships with your clients in particular social services, commissioning teams and primary care trusts, winning their buy-in, delivering an exceptional standard of care and meeting their ongoing needs.

  • You'll inspire, motivate and develop your team to provide a range of tailored solutions to meet your customer's needs and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
  • As a Registered manager you will ensure CQC compliance, always striving to provide a service that is outstanding in all areas.
  • You'll be motivated by achieving, or even better, exceeding performance targets whilst developing and implementing a strategic business plan to enable the sustained growth of the business.
  • You will create a network of contacts both internally and externally to provide knowledge and resources to aid in the fulfilment of objectives.
