Our staff that work in establishments use the HealthForceGo® app to inform us of their availability. Thanks to our bespoke tech, we can then auto-assign them to the most suitable shifts to match their skillset and experience.
This means that our care workers, support workers and nurses can work as little or as much as they like to fit work around their existing commitments. The available shifts range from weekdays, weekends and nights and full or part-time. COVID-19 specific training and ‘educate whilst you isolate’ programs
We have made coronavirus-specific training available to all staff, in areas such as oxygen therapy, taking nasal swabs and donning and doffing PPE.
In addition, we have plenty of opportunities for housebound staff who are social distancing or self-isolating, so that they can use the time to upskill, if they are well enough to do so. This includes virtual training courses and virtual apprenticeships.
