This can be arranged around your schedule, with telephone and online counselling accessible from the comfort of your own home.

Woebot

Woebot is an AI counsellor which you can access whenever you need it. Offering ‘in the moment’ emotional support, Woebot is the result of expert clinical research. Also, it is easy to talk to when you feel like you need a chat. Simply download the app and you can start a conversation with Woebot, track your mood, or create a journal entry.

There are lots of different topics that you can choose to discuss with Woebot. These include how to achieve your goals, manage your emotional and mental health, focus on the positives, and ways to keep your brain active. Each topic is split into sub-sections and you can pick whichever one suits you. Moreover, it also tells you how long you can expect each discussion to last. This can help you to put that time aside to work on your mental wellbeing.

Wellness and mental health seminars

In addition to these other resources, we have teamed up with inner wellness coach Suhail Mirza who delivered seminars to our healthcare community and has shared some amazing vlogs with us too.
