Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter - Full time/Part time

Location: Central Bristol, BS1 4XE

Hours of work: Shift rotation of 37.5 hours per week (Part time considered, ideally minimum of 30 hrs per week, 24 hrs per week considered on a fixed term basis for exceptional candidates) consisting of shift pattern within 8am - 8pm operational hours, Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays. This is a blended role so will include office working as well as working from Home.

You will be an integral part of our dynamic, fast paced recruitment team in the centre of Bristol, guiding our applicants through all stages of the recruitment process. This is a call centre-based role where you will be taking inbound and making outbound calls - managing your own workload to screen applicants and their CVs, book in interviews, conduct referencing and communicate the process with our Regional teams all over the UK.
